Investment Guidelines
Cash Flow Investors LLC, serves as the managing entity for property acquisitions anywhere in the United States. The target product types are: multi-family, medical office and/or assisted living facilities with significant Cash Flow returns. Ideal opportunities include high quality, institutional grade properties that may be under performing to the market and where our management expertise and capital resources can significantly improve cash returns and/or development of market rate facilities in high demand areas. Our expertise is based on a disciplined management approach to our business that emphasizes the cash returns and the creation of long-term value.
